Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship within South Africa only.

Courier
Orders are delivered by The Courier Guy (or an equivalent trusted courier where necessary).

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking when your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery time
Main centres typically deliver in 2–4 business days. Regional or outlying areas may take a little longer.

Rates
• Flat Rate: R99 nationwide
• Free Shipping: Orders over R1500

Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed once dispatched. If you need help, contact support@staktnutrition.co.za.

Delivery address
Please use a physical street address where someone is available during business hours. Couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Missed delivery / address issues
If a delivery is missed or the address is incomplete, re-delivery or address changes may cause delays. Undeliverable parcels returned to us can be re-shipped; additional shipping may apply.

Order changes
If you need to update your address after checkout, email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

Out of stock / split shipments
In rare cases we may ship items separately to avoid delays. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
