We want you to love every part of your STAKT experience.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@staktnutrition.co.za with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Due to the consumable nature of supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
